Class tuition covers birthing person and one support person. Fees for additional support people may be negotiated.
Please bring water, snacks, and whatever comfort items you may need. Short breaks will be provided.
For the childbirth education portion (Days 1 & 2) please bring a yoga mat or beach towel and a pillow for labor rehearsal.
